XUYU Optoelectronics' 15th Anniversary & Awards Gala Concludes, Ushering in a New 'Core' Future Chapter

On October 20, Xuyu Optoelectronics' 15th anniversary celebration, titled "Fifteen Glorious Years, Igniting a New Future with Core Technology," along with its Outstanding Workers Awards Ceremony, grandly commenced at the Guangdong Xuyu High-Tech Industrial Park. The company's management and all employees gathered to celebrate this milestone, reflecting on the remarkable journey of the past fifteen years and laying out a grand blueprint for a 'core'-driven future.

At the beginning of the event, Mr. Lin Jintian, Founder and Chairman of Xuyu Optoelectronics Group, delivered a speech. Using "light" as a central theme, he elaborated on four key keywords, deeply recounting Xuyu Optoelectronics' "glowing" story over the past fifteen years:

Chairman Lin Jintian emphasized, "Light never shines alone; a core becomes great through interconnection." He pointed out that the 15th anniversary is not an endpoint but a "leaping point" for Xuyu Optoelectronics as it strides toward a new journey. Looking ahead, the company will fully launch the three major strategies of "Igniting a New Future with Core Technology," continue to deepen its focus on the semiconductor optoelectronic device sector, accelerate international development, and vigorously cultivate young scientific and technological talent. By increasing R&D investment, concentrating on expanding its main business in semiconductor devices, and actively exploring emerging markets such as smart manufacturing, Xuyu Optoelectronics aims to build a global landscape for "Xuyu Cores, Made in China." The company will illuminate the future of the industry with the light of innovation and, together with industry partners, jointly depict the grand blueprint for "The Light of China."

Subsequently, core members of the management team, including Deputy General Manager Cai Jinlan, R&D Director Chen Lei, Production Deputy General Manager Zhang Hongchun, and Quality Manager Zhang Wenlong, took the stage to share phased achievements and future development plans related to their respective functional areas.
